Programming, Space Planning, Design, and Construction for 700,000 square feet of office space.
JLK worked with Jones Lang Lasalle (JLL) and City of Chicago 2FM to relocate 28 city departments into 400,000 square feet of new office space across 12 floors at 2 N. LaSalle.
During Phase I, JLK provided programming analysis, space planning, architectural and interior design, and construction administration. To understand the each department’s current and future needs, JLK conducted interviews, developed program and space use analysis, and created design standards for office, conference, breakout, and storage areas.
During Phase II, JLK is providing architectural and interior design services for an additional four floors of new office build-out totaling 80,000 square feet. Full design, construction documentation, permitting, and construction administration services.
